NI Junior Paralympic Fun Day - Saturday 21st September 2013

Venue: Lagan Valley Leisureplex, Lisburn

The event is being organised as part of the Lisburn European City of Sport 2013 Programme and is an opportunity for young people who are wheelchair users, have ambulant disabilities and those who are partially sighted to participate and compete in a range of Paralympic themed sports: Athletics, Boccia, Football, Table Tennis and Wheelchair Basketball.

First NIAS Disability Championships held on 29th May 2013

The first ever Northern Ireland Archery Society Disability Championships were hosted by Causeway Co. of Archers on Wednesday 29th May 2013 at The Range Archery Centre in Ballymoney. The Championships were divided into three categories - Standing, Wheelchair & Visually Impaired - with each archer battling it out in their respective categories in a bid to gain a Northern Ireland title.
