Fundraising
Fundraising can be a great opportunity to take part in something challenging or fun whilst raising valuable funds for the charity and profiling Disability Sport in Northern Ireland.
Fundraising Events
There are many fundraising events organised by others that you could take part in from Marathons or Treks to other sporting challenges or social fundraisers. You could also organise your own and this could be anything from a 5-a-side tournament to a coffee morning or cake sale. Don’t forget to put the ‘fun’ into your fundraising. We can help promote your fundraising efforts and provide resources to help you do so.
Schools & Groups Fundraising
We work with a large number of children and young people and are delighted that many local schools choose to raise funds to support us. It is great to see children supporting other children take part in the sports that they themselves enjoy.
Schools can support us in a number of ways including a sponsored non-uniform day, a jumble sale, a sponsored silence or sports quiz day. Schools may also choose Disability Sport NI as their official charity to support for a whole year. If your school is considering this please contact us to learn more about our Schools Fundraising Partnership scheme.
