Disability Sport NI has produced a series of free activity cards designed to support individual disabled children, adults and groups to exercise and stay active at home, in their garden or outdoors.
The following resource cards are available:

Band Blast - Upper body strength exercises using resistance bands
Boccia Target Games - Seated target games
Box Fit - Boxing skills circuit
FUNdamentals - Fun games to improve basic sports skills
Kids Body Blast - Fun 5 minute workout for ages 5-12 years
Low Intensity Exercises - Aerobic and strengthening exercises
Mobilise Me - Seated exercises for flexibility and mobility
Movement for Memory - Seated activities to help improve cognitive dexterity and coordination
Sensory Motor Circuit - Helpful toolkit - design your own session to improve concentration and reduce anxiety
Tai Chi - For strength, balance and relaxation
Wheelie Active - Wheelchair movement skills
