Northern Ireland Boccia 2018-19

Following feedback from players, volunteers, parents and officials there have been some slight adjustments to the competition programme for the new season.

The Team competition will be a pairs competition (2 v 2). This change means that the games in the pairs league will be 4 ends in length and you will only require a minimum of 2 players per team. Clubs can enter as many teams as they wish into the league. 

The Pairs and Individual competition will run alongside each other from September 2018-May 2019 and on a Bi-monthly basis. Both competitions will finish with finals days in May 2019.

The dates for the Pairs competition are as follows;
• September 22nd 2018
• November 17th 2018
• January 19th 2019
• March 9th 2019
• May 18th 2019 (Finals)
Closing date for entry is Friday September 21st 2018

Pairs Entry Form

The dates for the Individual competition are as follows;
• October 20th 2018
• December 8th 2018
• February 16th 2019
• April 13th 2019
• May 11th 2019 (Finals)
Closing date for entry is Friday October 6th 2018

Individuals Entry Form

The eligibility criteria for both competitions remains the same from last season;
- Players classified or who have the potential to classify BC1 - BC5 are eligible to compete in the Individual Championship
- Any player with a physical disability is eligible to compete in the Pairs competition.

Cost of entry is £10 per competition or £20 if you are entering both competitions.
