Disability Sport NI is Northern Ireland’s main disability sports charity working to improve the health and wellbeing of disabled people through sport and active recreation.

We work with people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities of all ages and with disability groups, schools, sporting organisations and clubs to ensure that everyone can benefit from the health, social and education benefits of sport and active recreation.  We believe that every disabled person has the right to participate in all aspects of life and are committed to building a more inclusive society where disabled people have the same opportunity as non-disabled people to lead a full, active and healthy lifestyle through sport and active recreation.

We are currently conducting a consultation exercise on our DRAFT Strategic Plan that will guide and shape the organisation’s work through the period April 2024 to March 2028.  We would greatly value your input from a range of stakeholders so we have developed a short survey designed to find out to what extent people agree or disagree with the proposed content of the plan and also to identify which issues, within the disability sports sector people feel are most relevant to Disability Sport NI.

The survey has 7 questions, should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and will close on Friday 11th August 2023.

To begin the survey please click here, work through each question and click submit at the end to record your responses.

If you feel that this survey is relevant or of interest to any other contacts then please share, as we hope to gather views from as wide a range of members, participants, athletes and stakeholders as possible.

Thank-you in advance for your participation in this process by completing the survey.
